If by Chrome cloud you mean a Chromebook, then it's not possible because that device uses Chromium, an OS specific for its hardware and Chromium works totally different that a PC, therefore it can't handle EXE files (Windows executable files) or DMG (Mac executable files). You will need an extension to install it in your browser which is Chrome.
Unfortunately, a Timelogix-related search in the Extensions store doesn't provide any result which means there's nothing available.
